It looks like this company might be going under. What a pity :(

I got some organic chili powder, but it turned out to be way too hot! The product description didn’t mention that, which is a bummer since I can't use this spice in my cooking. And now I'm stuck with a whole kilogram of it!!!

Customer service hasn’t replied at all. There are definitely better online stores out there. Steer clear of this one.

I've placed three orders with this company so far. The first one had a curry powder that was close to expiring (only four weeks left), and the last order included a bag of prunes that were spoiled and smelled bad. They did refund me for the curry powder (though initially, they wanted me to send it back at my own cost), but it took them two weeks to process the refund for the prunes, and then they went ahead and suspended my account! I haven't heard a peep from them about why that happened. Really disappointing customer support.

I placed my order in late November, and while I got an acknowledgment, it still hasn’t been shipped or delivered. Plus, I haven’t heard back from any of my emails. I’ve shopped here regularly without any issues before, so it’s a bummer to say that folks should be careful when ordering from this company now.

It's been three weeks since I made my order, and I've got no replies to my follow-up emails. Nobody's picking up the phone either. Are they still in business? I've ordered from them multiple times before, and it usually took about a week at most to get my stuff.

It's been over two weeks since I made my order, and I haven't received anything yet. I've sent emails, but no one is getting back to me. I'm starting to wonder if this company is even still around.

Shipping was super quick. The products were nicely packed and everything was just as I anticipated.

When it comes to delivery, I’m giving it a full 5 stars. The quality of the Darjeeling tea is nice as well. Still, I’m curious to learn more about the tea, like whether it’s first or second flush, and what year it was harvested. The tea I received is clearly a second flush, and it’s good quality Darjeeling. Sadly, it’s at least 4-5 years old, lacking that delightful aroma of fresh Darjeeling.

Got my order pretty quick, especially given the postal circumstances. Much appreciated!

Aside from a minor delay caused by Royal Mail, everything went smoothly. I received my order at a great price and in good condition. Overall, I've had a solid experience with Hattonhill over the past couple of years. Thanks a bunch!

Placing the order was a breeze, and the delivery came pretty fast.

It's been over a week since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. Can't get anyone on the phone, and my emails just vanish into thin air. Finally shipped after two weeks, but I got no heads-up about it. To top it all off, they use Amazon for deliveries, and let me tell you, they are totally unreliable. Seems like a perfect pairing!
